By accessing or using Claridify (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Claridify Inc.

Claridify provides psychometric assessments, personalized transformation reports, growth plans, and AI coaching features to help individuals understand and develop themselves. The specific features available to you depend on the plan you have purchased.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are charged in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. One-time purchases grant lifetime access to the specific report or resource purchased. Annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with your report, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available after this window or for subsequent purchases.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Share, resell, or redistribute your assessment results or report content without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or content

All content on the Claridify platform, including assessment instruments, report templates, and AI-generated content, is owned by or licensed to Claridify Inc. Your personal assessment results belong to you. You may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary assessment instruments or scoring methodology.

The Claridify AI Coach provides personalized guidance based on your assessment results. It is not a substitute for professional financial, psychological, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that significantly affect your life or finances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claridify Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your access to paid features will end.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Claridify Inc. is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
